She was born to John and Gertrude Parks Weissinger. On September 3, 1950, she married Harry E. Kramer in Burlington. He died February 13, 1999.
Mrs. Kramer did office work for 45 years at various factories. She retired in 1983.
She was a 1938 graduate of Burlington High School. She was a member of SS. Mary and Patrick Catholic Church in West Burlington and Ladies Auxiliary of Knights of Columbus 1061 of Boonville, Missouri. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, and camping.
Survivors include brother, Milo Weissinger of Burlington; sister, Genevieve Murray of Burlington; and four nephews.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
The memorial service was held at the chapel in Hass-Thielen Funeral Home, with the Rev. Father Patrick J. Hilgendorf officiating.
