MILDRED E. SOUZA, 80, died Sunday, August 6, 2006, at RI Hospital. She was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Daniel and Esther A. (Smith) O'Connor, and lived most of her life in Swansea, MA.
Mildred was the wife of the late George Souza, and is survived by her son, Dr. Joseph J. Souza, of Asheville, NC; and her sister, Edna M. Colby, of Warwick. She was predeceased by her siblings, Esther Silva, Dorothy Joseph, William O'Connor and James O'Connor.
