Ruby Burgess Wolfe, 94, died Thursday, May 11, 2006. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2006, at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Mrs. Wolfe was born Feb. 12, 1912, in Palo Pinto County to Joshua and Mary Alta Parsons Burgess. She married G.H. Wolfe Feb. 19, 1930, in Walters, Okla. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Graham and worked with children for over 40 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Shirley Jean and husband Bob Wassom of Dublin, Calif., and Patricia Fay and husband Bob Northcut of McKinney; five grandsons, Ricky Wayne Wassom of Peachtree City, Ga., Bryan Kent Wassom of Pleasanton, Calif., Noel Anthony Wassom of Baton Rouge, La., Robert Jay Northcut of Melissa, and William Lane Northcut of Little Rock, Ark.; 12 great-grandchildren, Jason Todd Wassom of Utah, Beth Ann Wassom of Arkansas; Cory Wayne Wassom of Georgia; Kyle Taylor Wassom, and Adria Julianne Wassom, both of Louisiana; Nicholas Alexander Wassom, Andrew Scott Wassom and Jeremiah Bryan Wassom, all of California; Aubrie Anne Northcut and Leah Michelle Northcut, both of Arkansas; Kayla Erin Northcut and Grant Kyle Northcut; and one great-great-grandson, Ethan Wyatt Wassom of Utah.
She was preceded in death by her husband, G.H. Wolfe; and one daughter, Wanda Joyce Wolfe. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 623 Third St, Graham, TX 76450.
