Funeral services for Thomas Hart Barlow, 85, who died Thursday at the home of his son, Walter E. Barlow, 659 Huron Street, were held at 4 p.m. yesterday at McCook Brothers Funeral Home. Dr. Wade H. Boggs, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church officiated. Burial was at Forest Park Cemetery.

Mr. Barlow was a retired railroad man and had lived here for 27 years. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Florence Causey of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Annie Laenger of Kilgore, Texas, and six sons, Roy D., Thomas I., Elmore L., Walter E., Virgil F., and Forrest H. Barlow, all of Shreveport.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Cotterman Barlow and one son, Warren L. Barlow.

Palbearers were A.P. Herbert, F.W. Williams, J.C. Hunt, Hugh H. Harlan, A.S. Winston and Roscoe Van Anda.
