Raymond Heuring, age 84, of Oregon, Ohio passed away February 20, 2015. He was born March 2, 1930, to Herman Sr. and Leona Heuring. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1948. He also attended the University of Toledo. His military service (1951-1953) included combat duty in Korea as a member of the 17th field artillery. He was employed at Electric Auto-Lite and Doehler-Jarvis in a number of executive positions including internal auditing, foreign trade, treasury, risk management, and controllership. He was plant controller at the Doehler-Jarvis plants at Pottstown, PA and Greeneville, TN. Organizational affiliations included: Good Shepherd Parish Council finance chairman, Good Shepherd Parish lector and lay distributor (initial class appointed), Cardinal Stritch School Board (vice president, finance chairman), past president Cardinal Stritch High School Band Boosters, past president Toledo Chapter Institute of Internal Auditors, Committee Chairman Cub Scout Pack 157. He married Norma Delvecchio May 22, 1954. He was preceded in death by his parents.
