Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Ethel A. Tyler will be on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 2:30 PM at New Providence Cemetery in Attala County near Carmack with Rev. Randy Dees
officiating. Reagan Tyler, Ryan Tyler, Brian Youngblood, Bruce Branch, Billy Joe Ferguson, and Colby Spradling will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Ethel A. Tyler, 95, of Winona passed away on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital in Winona. She was born to the late Wivle C. and Ethel Cross Scoggins
on April 16, 1919. Mrs. Tyler was a homemaker and a member of Providence Primitive Baptist Church in Attalla County near Carmack.

Mrs. Tyler is survived by two daughters, Nellie Hodges of Hernando, MS and Evelyn Briscoe of Southaven, MS; one son, Rosamond Tyler of Vaiden; one sister, Beulah Gibson of Vaiden; and one brother, Maxie Scoggins of Mt. Olive, MS. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Tyler is preceded in death by her husband, Warren Meade Tyler; her parents, Wyvil C. and Ethel Cross Scoggins; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

In memory of Mrs. Tyler, donations may be made to the Women’s Auxiliary at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital or the New Providence Cemetery fund.
