Dorothy Lee Sisk Sherman, age 78, of Fouke, Arkansas, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at her residence.
Mrs. Sherman was born December 18, 1936 in Stamps, Arkansas. She was a retired Medication Aid and was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband: S.D. Sherman and two grandsons: Eric Monroe Sherman and Michael Dennis Ray.
She is survived by one daughter: Gala Denise Emerson of Fouke, Arkansas; three sons and one daughter-in-law: Ricky Dean Sherman of Fouke, Arkansas, Jimmie and Patty Sherman of Texarkana, Arkansas, Walon Keith Sherman of Fouke, Arkansas; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and a number of great-great grandchildren and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Private burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 P.M.
