Mrs. Elizabeth Dell Schlotthauer, 87, passed away at her home at 505 Flora street Monday morning following an extended illness.
A native of South Russia, Mrs. Schlotthauer had been a resident of Lodi for the past 40 years.
She was the wife of John Schlotthauer, well known district rancher, and the mother of Philip Seibel, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada; Isaac Seibel, Vernon, British Columbia; and Jake Seibel, Lodi. Mrs. Schlotthauer was also the mother of the late William Seibel of Canada, the late Mrs. Mary Locke of Ione and the late Abraham Seibel of Lodi.
Mrs. Schlotthauer, in addition, was the stepmother of Mrs. Dan Heiser of Lodi; Mrs. Dan E. Hein, Durham, Kansas; Mrs. Jonas Reddig, Glendale, Calif.; Alex Schlotthauer, Yucaipa, Calif.; Ezra Schlotthauer, Lodi; and Jonas Schlotthauer, La Sierra, Calif.
She was a member of the Hilborn Adventist Church.
