Regina Schindler was born on March 14, 1817 in Zainingen, Germany. She married Johannes Klass and together they had eleven children. In 1852 they and their nine children plus one baby on the way, emigrated to America from Germany. They settled in York, Pennsylvania for a few years, then onto Ohio. Finally settiling in Patricksburg, Owen Co., Ohio. Regina died here on July 16, 1890.Father: Christian Schindler

Regina (Rachel as she was known in America) Schindler Klass came to America in 1852, landing in Baltimore, Maryland. She and her family settled for a short time in York, Pennsylvania before moving or Ohio and then to Indiana where they stayed.
