Isaac Tito Montoya 62, of Del Norte, Colorado has passed away. Tito was born on August 7, 1952 in Del Norte, Colorado to Lee and Cordelia (Arellano) Montoya.
Tito was a member of the Knights of Columbus, he enjoyed fishing, camping, fishing at the river with his grandchildren, the outdoors. Tito was an avid Bronco fan. Tito also was a sheep sheerer for many years.
Tito is survived by his children; Isaac, David (Monique), LaNelle , brother Dan (Margo), sisters , Peggy, Patsy, Lydia (Art), Angela, Pamela (Mike), Mary Lee (Randy).
Tito is preceded in death by his wife, his parents, his daughter Crystal and one brother.
A Rosary will be held for Tito on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 7 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Monte Vista, CO. A Funeral Mass for Tito will be held on Wednesday April 1, 2015 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Monte Vista, CO. Interment will follow after services to the San Luis Valley Cemetery in Monte Vista, CO.
Arrangements are in care of Strohmayer’s Funeral Home 205 S. Broadway Monte Vista, CO 81144.
