Mr. Raymond Clark Alderson, 88, of Clarksville, passed away March 22, 2015 in Lamar. He was born October 25, 1926 in Johnson County, AR to Roy and Ollie (Clark) Alderson.
Raymond loved hunting, fishing, and farming. He enjoyed working in the saw mill and cutting timber. He was a St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Mr. Alderson is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ann Alderson; brother, James Alderson; sister, Evelyn Owens.

He is survived by his daughter, Dena Alderson of Detroit; grandson, David Alderson of Detroit; sisters, Evey Hollis of Clarksville, Hettie Johnson of Clarksville, Margret Childers of Van Buren; brother, Lee and Vanita Alderson of Clarksville.

There will be an open Visitation and the funeral service will be Graveside at 2:00p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Holman Cemetery with Bro. Leo Knoernschild officiating.
Randy Alderson, Justin Nowotny, George McClaine, Mac Clark and Ronnie Zachary will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
