Hettie (Alderson) Johnson, 92 of Clarksville, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in Greenwood. Hettie was of the Baptist faith. She lived in Clarksville until August of 2020, moved to Pink Bud in September of 2020 to be closer to immediate family. In 1951 she married Richard E. Johnson. She worked at Cutter Laboratory in Berkley, CA as a cook and manager. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing and quilting. Most of all enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Johnson is preceded in death by her parents James Roy and Ollie Frances (Clark) Alderson; her husband Richard Johnson; son, Rick Johnson, daughter inlaw Nancy Johnson; brothers, James, Raymond (Buck), and Lee Alderson; sisters, Evelyn and Eveydean.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her granddaughter, Dawn Coleman of Hunnington, AR., grandson, Billy Johnson of Barling, AR., one sister, Margaret Childers of Van Buren, AR., 5 great grandchildren. And many nieces and nephews as well as many cousins.

Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the Holman Cemetery, with Bro. Bob Powers officiating.
