1st Wife of Daniel Robert Alexander Johnson married in 1850; Montgomery Co Marriage Book A, p.81. She is noted specifically as "Charlotte J. Hall". Charlotte Johnson died in August 1859, soon after the birth of son Isaac, and she is recorded in the Mortality Schedule of the 1860 Census. Dan'l and Charlotte had 4 children together. Daniel's 2nd wife Flora was her sister. She is likely buried in an unidentified family cemetery somewhere on private property.
**NOTE: New information was discovered in July 2020 to indicate that Charlotte J. Hall and Nancy C. Hall are indeed two different women; most likely they are sisters with Charlotte older than Nancy. Two girls of appropriate age in the household are listed in the 1840 census and Charlotte was married in 1850.
