In 1930 they were still in Dallas and listed as Blake Torian, head, own home valued $7000, age 46, age 30 at 1st marriage, collector at Express Agency; and Sallie K/H?, age 45, age 29 at 1st marriage, born Tennessee.
World War I Draft registration cards show Blake Torian, born 11 December 1883, white, registered in Dallas County, Texas. His death certificate shows Blake died at Crystal Hill Nursing Home, Dallas, Texas, although his residence was 1107 N. Winnetka, Dallas, of arteriosclerotic cardio (can’t read), at age 88. He was a railway express agent for Wells Fargo Co.

Blake Torian, 89, of 1107 N. Winnetka, a Dallas resident for 68 years, died here Sunday. A native of Yellow Creek, Tenn, Torian had been employed for 40 years by the railway express division of Wells Fargo before his retirement in 1945. He was a member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in the Lamar & Smith Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park. Torian is survived by his wife, Sallie.
