Born April 8, 1923, in Minonk to John and Alma Bowers Brown, she married Dominick DeRubeis Sr. on March 1, 1940, in Iowa. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Dominick Jr. of Toluca and Steve of Wenona; one daughter, Sharon MacDonald of Madeira, Ohio; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. One brother and three sisters preceded her in death.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Toluca, where services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. William Callister will officiate.
