Bill "Alfred" Watkins of Middletown, Ohio, beloved husband of the late Cappie Pence Watkins, departed this life Thursday, November 29, 2012 at the Butler - Warren County Hospice Center in Middletown, Ohio, at the age of 84 years, 5 months and 12 days. He was a son of the late Weed and Francis Moore Watkins born at Wolfe County, Kentucky on June 17, 1928. Alfred worked as a truck driver. He is survived by five sons, James Watkins and wife Ada, Bill Watkins, Jr. and wife Ethel, Larry Watkins and Anthony Watkins all of Middletown, Ohio and Mark Watkins of Winchester, Kentucky; 21 grandchildren; a large number of great grandchildren and a large number of great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Cappie Pence Watkins; his parents, Weed and Francis Moore Watkins; one daughter, Sherry Hall; two brothers, Leonard Watkins and Chester Watkins and two sisters, Laura Moore and Carrie Banks. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
