Hugh owned and operated his own business with his wife Mildred at Cornwell Tractor Company in Forest City for more than 55 years.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Forest City.
He enjoyed working on and collecting toy pedal cars and tractors. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
