A native of Carter County, Mrs. Isaacs was the daughter of the late John and Savannah Clark Buck and was preceeded in death by her husband, Roy Isaacs, in 1974. She was a member of Old High Point Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son, Rex Isaacs, Roan Mountain; two daughters, Mrs. Blanche Waycaster, Adrian, Mich., and Mrs. Louise Born, Newland, N.C.; four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Poole, Haynesville, Ala., Mrs. Mae Street, Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Nell Holden, Elizabethton, and Mrs. Faye Forbes, Bakersville, N.C.; four brothers, Wheeler and McKinley Buck, both of Roan Mountain, Raul G. Buck, Elk Park, N.C., and Herby Buck, Elizabethton; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
