Finous was the son of Andrew Jackson Ramay and Laura Bell Bobo. He was married to Goldia Davis 25 August 1923 in Coalgate, Coal County, Oklahoma. They had 10 children. (4 boys and 6 girls.)
Finous loved to sit on the front proch and widdle. He was a nightwatchman.
