MRS. IDA (ENGLER) SNADER, aged 62 years, wife of Edwin E. Snader, died at her home, 156 East Second street, at 6:45 a.m. Sunday, after an illness of two years from complications. She had been bedfast since October.
Mrs. Snader was born near Uniontown, Md., the daughter of Solomon P. and Mary (Roop) Engler. She lived in Waynesboro for 42 years. She was a member of the Church of the Brethren, and took an active part in church work.
She is survived by her husband and two children, Mrs. Elsie S. Peiffer and Earl E. Snader. Two grandchildren also survive, along with two brothers and one sister, Rev. S. E. Engler, Westminster, Md., and Rev. D. E. Engler, New Windsor, Md., and Mrs. J. M. Fahrney of Mt. Airy, Md., Mrs. Bemardine Snader is a daughter-in-law.
The funeral will be held from the late home at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, in charge of Rev. J. M. Moore, of the Church of the Brethren, assisted by Revs. C. R. Oellig and H. M. Stover. Burial will be in Burns Hill cemetery. Please omit flowers.
The body may be viewed Tuesday evening.
