Joseph T. Bartlow [sic], a former citizen of Franklin, dropped dead at Indianapolis on Monday. His death was caused by apoplexy. His remains were brought down on Wednesday and were taken direct to the cemetery. Quite a number of his old soldier friends together with other friends and relatives were present at the burial.
