Charlotte E. Billock, 80, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio died Friday, February 20, 2015 at 9:52 p.m. at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. Born on March 29, 1934 in Embreeville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Elsie (Robinette) Tucker. Charlotte married Dean J. Billock on October 27, 1956. He preceded her in death on February 16, 2012. She is survived by her three children, Brenda Billock, Barb Billock and Brad (Ann "Berny") Billock, all of Upper Sandusky, three step-grandchildren, eight step great grandchildren, two sisters, Doris Baldridge, Gilbert, AZ, and Carol (Dave) Abel Jonesboro, TN, and a special friend, Robert Billock, Carey. Preceding her in death were five siblings; Theodore Tucker, Lucille Garland, Charles Tucker, Carl Tucker and Margie Yingling. Charlotte was a secretary for Fritz Cassel & Zahn Insurance, Hendricks Hay & Wool, Carey, Landmark Fertilizer, FertiFlow, and most recently for Upper Auto Parts in Upper Sandusky. She was a 1952 graduate of Carey High School. She was a member of Grand Lake Community Chapel in Presque Isle, MI. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at STOMBAUGH-BATTON FUNERAL HOME, Carey. There will be no funeral service.
