Elijah's will, which he executed on 31 March 1819 as a resident of Raynham, Mass., is avail on ancestry.com Bristol County Mass. Probate Records, Grover, Rachel - Hackett, Martin L.
Elijah names his wife Phebe, son Elijah, son Williams, son Jarius, daughter Sally Williams, daughter Jemima Gushee, and his daughter Julia Ann Gushee. He appointed wife Phebe and son Elijah Gushee as executors.
