Sgt. Huyler is the son of Mrs. Matilda Huyler of 6530 North West Place, Miami, Florida, and he leaves one sister, Mrs. Gloria Maycox of Miami, Florida.

Sgt. Huyler reenlisted with the Army in Augsburg, Germany on 10-27-1964.
