Does not appear in the 1819 burial records, his wife was buried here in 1791. According to his will written on February 13, 1818, he requested "to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner..."

Peter's will states that he was the father of Margaret wife of Richard Adams, Elizabeth wife of Mathias Martin, Mary wife of Henry Hemler, Anna wife of Joseph Shofter, Peter Jr., Magdalena wife of Christopher Weirick, Catharine wife of John Hemler, and a son John who was deceased.
