Mrs. Demma (PARSONS) RHODES
Mrs. Demma (PARSONS) RHODES, widow of the late John RHODES, who moved from this place to Huntington a few years ago, died of blood poison at 1 o'clock last Friday morning. Mrs. RHODES was a woman of highest character and a faithful member of the United Brethren Church. She is survived by one daughter, Miss Blanche RHODES, her father, Mr. Hiram PARSONS, three brothers and one sister. The remains were brought to the home of Walter WINDLE Friday evening. The funeral services were held at Oak Hill Saturday, Rev. J. W. MARTIN officiating. (Mountaineer, 10 Oct 1913)
