1-16-1899 - Mary Adams, a little daughter of G. K. Adams, died at her home at Tylersburg on Friday, January 13th of Catarrh fever. She was about six years of age. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon, interment in the Clarion Cemetery. Rev. B. F. Delo conducted the services. She leaves a father and one sister, her mother having died about three years ago. She was a niece of W. _.(?) Wiant of this place.

1-19-1899 - A little daughter of Mr. George Adams, formerly of this place, but now of Forest County, named Mary, aged six years, died at Tylersburg on last Friday and was brought to Clarion and buried on Sunday afternoon, Rev. Delo officiating. The child was a granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wiant of lower Fifth Avenue. Much sympathy has been expressed for Mr. Adams in his affliction.
