Mrs. Edna Jennie (Henry) Kinison died in the Good Samaritan Hospital at the age of 73 years, four months, and 26 days. Born December 2, 1892, in Jefferson county, she was the daughter of James William and Carrie M. (Oakley) Henry.

Mrs. Kinison was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a sister.

Mrs. Kinison was survived by a son, Raymond F. Kinison; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret (Kinison) Potts, Mrs. Pauline (Kinison) Atkinson, and Mary Lou (Kinison) Eubanks; a brother, Claud Henry; and thirteen grandchildren.

Visitation was on Friday, April 29th, at the Myers Chapel. Funeral services were held the next day, also at the Myers Chapel, with Pastor Milton Connett officiating. Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery of Mount Vernon, Illinois.
