Neil Koens was born September 7, 1934 in Adrain, Minnesota the son of John Koens and Emma (Stromberg) Koens and departed this life on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in Durant, OK.
Neil served in the US Army. He married Patricia Bollinger in Valliant, OK on September 11, 1958 at the Valliant Methodist Church. Neil worked as a highway technician for the Department of Transportation (DOT) for the State of Minnesota. He loved to work around his home, drive his tractor and enjoyed the fellowship with his coffee drinking buddies. Neil was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
Survivors include: his two daughters; two brothers; one sister, along with other relatives and friends.
