She was born to Martin and Mary Irigoyen. Jo was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was proud of her Basque heritage. She loved golf, reading, long walks and summers in the mountains.
Jo is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Philip of Las Flores; son, Steve of Red Bluff; daughters, Karen Freitas and Pamela Schepis, both of Medford, Oregon; sister, Alfreda Verdun of Corning; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
At her request, a private graveside service was held at St. Mary's Cemetery.
