She was married to Curtis Gerald Drewry Sr (1923–2000) on October 17, 1946 in Obion County, Tennessee, and he was the son of Robert Ethelbert Drewry (1897–1971) and his wife Lula Emoline "Polly" (Burke) Drewry (1900–1931).
A resident of Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, Billie died January 22, 2015 at the age of 91.
Preceded in death by her husband, she was survived by a married daughter, married son, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held at Woodbine Funeral Home's Hickory Chapel, and burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
