Irene was born in Fall River, MA on November 11, 1940, the daughter of the late John and Mary (Procknik) Kulpa. She was also a summer resident of Little Compton. She was a 1958 graduate of Taunton High School. Irene worked at Vennerbeck & Clase as an Executive Secretary and then for First Bank & Trust where she retired as Assistant Vice President. She was a member of Agawam Hunt, Social Order of the Beauceant, Warren's Point Beach Club and one of the first women members of the Squantum Association.
Irene is survived by her loving husband Sidney Clifford Jr., one Aunt and five cousins. She was the sister of the late Richard Kulpa of Taunton, MA.
Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service in the Historic Chapel of Swan Point Cemetery, Blackstone Blvd., Providence RI.
