MOUNT PLEASANT -- Services were held Tuesday in The Mount Pleasant LDS Second Ward for Donald Edward ANDERSON, 86, who died May 26, 1989 at the Sanpete Valley Hospital in Mount Pleasant.
He was born in Mount Pleasant on May 15, 1903 to William C. and Bertha Young ANDERSON. He married Ina E. MADSEN in Manti on July 23, 1936.
He was a carpenter and farmer. He enjoyed farming, animals and being in the outdoors. He was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Gary E. ANDERSON, Mount Pleasant; E. Richard ANDERSON, South Jordan; sister, Nan HUGHES, Melba, Idaho and six grandchildren.
Burial was in The Mount Pleasant City Cemetery under the direction of Ursenbach Funeral Home.
