Survivors; widow; two sons, two daughters, Ray, Kenilworth, Carbon County; Earl, Ogden; Mrs. Frayne (Pearl) Christensen, Ridge Crest, Calif.; Mrs. Carl (Blanche) Barentsen, Mt. Pleasant; 15 grandchildren.
