Sauquoit--Lawrence (Larry) Barrett, 64 of Graffenburg Road, died yesterday in his home. He was born in Utica, son of Darwin and Carrie Sitterly Barrett. He married Florence McBride in 1927 in Utica. Mr. Barrett had lived at Norwich Corners for the past 37 years. Mr. Barrett operated the Barrett Dairy from 1930 to 1945 and was last employed by the Sunset Lumber and Philip Thomas Lumber Companies in Utica. He retired in 1967. He was a member of the Teamsters Union local in Utica. Besides his wife he leaves a son, Richard Barrett of Sauquoit; two daughters, Mrs. Edwin (Mary) Bielby of Sauquoit, and Mrs. Theodore (Nancy) Kochan of Houston, Tex. The funeral will be at the convenience of the family on Friday from the J. Donald Smith Funeral Home with burial in Norwich Corners Cemetery. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Thursday.
