NEW YORK, NY--Robert Byron Sanders, 65 of Chappaqua, New York, former Eldersville, Pa and Steubenville, ohio, resident died suddenly Friday in New York City, He was branch manager for National Steel Corporation, in New York. He was stricken by a heart attack, while at work.
He was born in Eldersville, on October 12, 1902 son of Mrs Elsie Boles Sanders and the late William H Samders. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Burgettstown, Pa and the Congregational Church in Chappaqua.
Surviving are his mother, of Eldersville; his wife Thelma Tennyson Sanders; a son and a daughter; and two sisters.
A brother, John preceded him in death.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
