Gayna Louise Johnson, age 76, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014 at Lebanon, Virginia. Born November 23, 1938, she was a daughter of the late Bud and Cora Williamson. Gayna was a member of the Full Gospel Temple Church where she worked for over 20 years with bible school and served as a Sunday school teacher. She had an influence on many children throughout her life.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Johnson, and one sister, Norma Adkins.

Survivors include one son, Terry Johnson and wife Beth, Richlands, Virginia; two granddaughters, Amber Johnson and Cameron Johnson; one sister, Donna Mullins and husband Roger; one brother, Don Williamson; nieces, Missy Hood and husband Barry, Stephanie Copen and husband Greg, Anne Ratliff and husband Brian; sister-in-law, Gladys Johnson, Richlands, Virginia; special friend, Harold Young.

The family would like to thank the special caregivers and staff at Maple Grove Rehabilitation for their loving care shown to Gayna.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 29, 2014 in the Singleton Funeral Service chapel, Cedar Bluff, Virginia with Rev. Tony Shrader and Rev. Jerry Barrett officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenhills Memory Gardens, Claypool Hill, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends after 1:00 P.M. Monday.
