The Carter Family Bible has Frank's date of death as this Frank.

The family has said that he was admitted to the State Hospital after he fell off his wagon that he was driving and his head was runned over.

Family also stated that they never contacted his wife, but only when she came over for a visit that she was told that he had died.

The family to this day believe it was foul play.
