MEFFORD-Everett L., 31 at his home, 448 South Sibers Street, Brea, Monday, former resident of Newport Beach. Survivors are his parents Mr. and Mrs. Richard H. Mefford, Oceanview; the widow Mrs. Jewel M. Mefford; one son Dallas R; two daughters, Vivian and Shirley, all of Bakersfield; four sisters, Bertha White, Westminster; Mrs. Fay Strathman, Brea, Mrs. Iva Osborn, of Brea, and Miss Betty Mefford of Oceanview; five brothers, George E, of Oceanview; John C, Costa Mesa; Earl J., Dempsey and Gerald J. of Oceanview; Funeral services were held this after noon from the Flanagan and Rogers chapel, Fullerton, conducted by the Rev. Thomas Fuller of Buena Park Pentecostal church and interment was made Olive lawn Cemetery.
