Eugene R. Williams, 68, of 24782 Independence St., died Friday in a San Bernardino hospital. A native of Texas, he had lived in San Bernardino 11 years and in California 17 years. An electrician by trade, he was a member of the Masonic Lodge Fidelias 364 of Fairfax, Iowa. He is survived by his widow Clare E.; one son, Eugene R., Jr., one daughter, Mrs. Lucille Warth of Los Angeles, four sisters in Texas, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 3:30pm Wednesday, selection of cemetery pending. Mark B Shaw Company is in charge. The body will lie in state until time of service.
