Eugene R. Williams, 68, of 24782 Independence St., died Friday in a San Bernardino hospital. A native of Texas, he had lived in San Bernardino 11 years and in California 17 years. An electrician by trade, he was a member of the Masonic Lodge Fidelias 364 of Fairfax, Iowa. He is survived by his widow Clare E.; one son, Eugene R., Jr., one daughter, Mrs. Lucille Warth of Los Angeles, four sisters in Texas, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 3:30pm Wednesday, selection of cemetery pending. Mark B Shaw Company is in charge. The body will lie in state until time of service. Services for Eugene R. Williams Were held Wednesday at Mark B. Shaw Chapel, with members of Masonic Lodge 364 officiating: Olney A. Harman, chaplain and John M. Heron, Master. Organist - Seward H Brush played "Old Rugged Cross" and "Farther Along." Masonic members serving as Pallbearers were Kenneth D. House, Duane E. Enderson, Charles A. Murphy, D.A. Harman and John M. Heron. Interment was in Pioneer Memorial Cemetery. Sun Telegram January 8, 1959
