Mr. Harper was retired from Atlanta Dairies after 30 years of service. He enjoyed following the Atlanta Braves and NASCAR racing.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Jackson Harper; son, Mike Harper and his wife Donna; grandson, Brandon Harper; mother, Mae Harper Rivers; sisters, Louise Sheffield, Dorothy Nichols; brothers, Charles Harper and his wife Linda, Len Harper and his wife Cheryl, Edward Harper and his wife Carole.
Funeral services will be held Tues, July 24, 2007 at 11 o'clock at the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Rev. Sally Oakes and Rev. Mark Outlaw officiating. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Park.
