She was born on October 2, 1931 in West Point, Mississippi.
She is survived by her three daughters, Deborah (David) Merrow of Great Falls, Virginia, Nancy (Paul) Hubai of Venice, Lisa (Keener) Fry of Laramie, Wyoming; two step-sons, Alan DeWeese of Virginia and Donald (Jenny) DeWeese of Herndon, Virginia.
Lou also leaves behind eight loving grandchildren, Megan Merrow, Jason Merrow, Paul Hubai, Jonathan Hubai, Jeremy Hubai, Joseph Fry, Cameron Fry, Bill DeWeese and two great-grandchildren, Aidan Hubai and Dexter Purvis.
A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Venice at 12:00PM on Friday, April 25, 2014. Additional services and burial will be held in Richmond, Kentucky.

Local service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 3, 2014, at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Fort officiating. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
