He was born in Middletown on July 17, 1958, and spent his lifetime here, working as a self-employed carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Grant Addison, and a nephew, Chad Selby in 1999.
He is survived by his mother, Ruby Addison of Middletown, son, Cody Addison of Hillsboro; three sisters, Rose Marie (John) Pate of Germantown, Barbara (Joe) Sparkman of Middletown, and Sandy (Jack) Booth of Middletown; two brothers, Niles Rocky (Deborah) Addison and Randy Addison, both of Middletown; a half-brother, Jerry Hugh Addison of Beavercreek, and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
ARRANGEMENTS:
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at Joseph Baker-Stevens Funeral Home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Wesley Poole officiating. He will be buried in Butler County Memorial Park.
