She was born October 29, 1896, to George and Katherine (Vogel) Petrie in Russia. On October 28, 1922, she married Walter A Adamson at Greeley.
Mrs. Adamson lived at Windsor as a child. She was a registered nurse and was graduated from Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins. She and her husband lived at Fort Collins a short time while her husband finished school at Colorado A & M, now Colorado State University. They moved to Evans in the late 1920s, living there since. Her husband died on Dec. 6, 1949.
Survivors are two sisters, Lydia Graff and Pauline Schuppe, both of Greeley [now deceased]; and several nieces and nephews. Two sons, Walter J. and James M., two sisters and a brother are deceased.
