Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 14 at Southern Funeral Home Chapel in Durant. Interment was in West Cemetery.
A native of Carroll County, Mrs. Edwards was a member of West Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Survivors include: daughter, Mary Lee Collins of Yazoo City; son, Ray Edwards of Clarksdale; sisters, Mable Stuart of Moss Point, Lucille Gordon of Vaiden, Wilma Wilson of Jackson, Bertha Ellis of Pascagoula; brothers, Marshall Lee Self of Vaiden and John M. Self of West; five grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were William Lee Edwards, J. H. Edwards, Pete Edwards, Johnny Edwards, Harold Gordon and Doug Self.
