Adalia C. Johnson, 92, of 1102 W. Randolph, Roanoke, died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 8, 2004) at Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke.
She was born on March 20, 1911, in Benson, to Henry and Tena Flohr Huschen. She married Henry P. Johnson on Jan. 27, 1932, in Benson. He preceded her in death on March 29, 1997.
Surviving are one son, Robert (Marcia) Johnson; one grandson, Tim (Rachel) Johnson; and one great-grandson, Lane Johnson, all of Benson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Betty Jo; and one brother, Brachter Huschen.
She was a homemaker and assisted her husband in farming in the Benson area.
She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Benson.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Benson, with the Rev. Dick Hanson officiating. Visitation will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be at the Clayton Township Cemetery. Knapp-Johnson-Harris Funeral Home in Roanoke is in charge of handling arrangements.
