Henry P. Johnson, 91, of Roanoke Apostolic Christian Ome, formerly of 508 Front St., Benson, died at 1:45 a.m. Saturday (March 29, 1997) at Eureka Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include one son, Robert D. Johnson, Benson.

Also surviving are one gradson, Tim Johnson, Benson; and one great-grandson, Lane Johnson, Benson.

Mr Johnson was born June 15, 1905, in Lamar, Mo., a son of Henry and Anna Johnson. He married Adalia Huschen Jan 27, 1932, in Benson.

His parents, one daughter, Betty Jo, five brothers and five sisters preceded him in death.

Mr Johnson farmed in the Benson area for 50 years. He was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church and served on the church council and as a janitor for the church.
