THOMASVILLE | Etta Lyde Dorsett, 85, of Thomasville, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003, at Thomasville Medical Center.
The funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at J.C. Green & Sons Chapel by the Rev. Jack G. Stratas. Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Dorsett was born Nov. 12, 1917, in Davidson County to Eli H. Coggins and Louella Smith Coggins. She had been a resident of this area all her life and was retired from Fremont Hosiery. She was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Dorsett.
Surviving are nieces and nephews.
