Earl Wallace, son of David and Nora B Wallace, was born March 7, 1907 in York County, PA.  He attended schools there, and later worked in factories in York County.  He moved west to Fairview in the late 1920's, for health reasons.  His marriage to Magdalene Yochin occurred November 17, 1932 in Sidney.  Following their marriage, the couple lived in PA for several years, then returned toFairview where they farmed until 1947, and where three of their four children were born.  After selling their farm, they returned to PA, living there for about 10 years, during which time thier fourth child was born.  The Wallaces moved to the Terry community in 1958.  Mr Wallace owned an irrigated farm west of town where he grew crops of corn and hay and fed cattle.  Mr Wallace passed away November 10, 1982, at his home west of Terry of an apparent heart attack.  He was 75 years of age.
Survivors include two sons, Marvin of Broadus Stage, and Harold, west of Terry; two daughters, Charlotte (Mrs Dale E) Iverson and Arlene (Mrs LeeRoy) Reidle, both of Sidney; a sister, Bessie (Mrs Daniel) Boyer of York County Pa; and nine grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife in 1962; two brothers, Lloyd and Levi, and one sister, Cora Deitz.
