Betty Lou Armstrong Payne was married to John Erxleben who died in WW2 overseas. Later married to William Russell Payne (deceased, and has two sons, Michael and Steve residing the Peoria, Illinois area. She was a sister to Alice Armstrong Solomon, John Gerald (Jerry) Armstrong, and William (Bill) Armstrong, who is her twin. Bobby Caho, a friend and companion and long time confidante of many years helped care for her during her illness. Ironically Betty and Bill, the twins, both died on January 4 of different years, the date of which was their sister Alice's birthday.

Thanks to MWarner for adding the Obituary and grave marker photos. Although corrections need to be made on the obituary column. Betty Payne was never married to Bobbie Caho. Her first husband was John Erxleben, who was killed in WW2, and her second husband was William(Bill) Russell Payne. Her oldest son's given name was William Michael Payne, but has always been known as Michael Payne.
